FEM Analyst

As a FEM analyst, you will work together with internal and external contacts to ensure optimal project development. The main task consists of validating a construction design by means of simulations in order to ensure a successful result in terms of costs, planning, quality and feasibility. The activities in detail: Independently calculating (automotive) structure and chassis components and construction elements Consulting with suppliers internally and externally Presenting calculation results to clients and internal business departments The Engineering Analysis department has specialised in the execution of simulations and analyses using the Finite Element Method. Using this method, important steps towards the optimal design can already be taken during the draft phase. Using simulations, the time frame of the project is shortened and savings are achieved, e.g. relating to the materials and production costs. Designs can be assessed through simulation in terms of material strength and stiffness, and properties such as stability, dynamics and lifespan can be determined in advance. In short, with our reports, we are able to offer you a valuable addition to your development project.
