Construction and Architecture

Our Construction and Architecture department has core competencies in constructive calculation and drawing work, architectural drawing and construction management. They put these disciplines to use for contractors and architects, but also as part of multidisciplinary projects in the industry.

Construction
Using advanced 3D calculation and drawing software, a draft design is produced which is then refined into greater detail. A close collaboration with the client as well as the architect is an absolute requirement with such projects, in order to ensure the construction fulfils all usage and aesthetic requirements.

Construction management
Depending on the situation, VIRO engineering will provide assistance with an entire project or just a part of the construction process. Our construction managers act as an extension of your organisation. They create the optimal conditions for the realisation of a project. Well-aware of how much your project matters, you can leave quality, progress and budget control in their good hands. The production of Requirements Programmes, writing specifications, making estimates and helping with tendering all are part of the core activities. The project manager also takes care of requesting construction and environmental permits, as well as directing and supervising the execution.
